At Dover Saddlery, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Locate the return form included with your original shipment or print a new one from our website to specify whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any protective wraps are in place to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the pre-paid SmartLabel from your packing slip to the outside of the box or use your preferred carrier to ship the package back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
